DELIVERY IN KYIV
Delivery and assembly in Kyiv are free and carried out on weekdays (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.); we agree with you in advance the day and approximate time of desk assembly. Our craftspeople will carry the desk up to your floor and into the apartment, and assemble it within 30-40 minutes. When lifting the order by a lift the service is free, while where there is no lift, the service cost is established on a case-by-case basis, depending on the floor and the difficulty of the lifting procedure.
DELIVERY IN UKRAINE:
We provide free door-to-door delivery in Ukraine. Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta carrier to the address specified by you. When paying by cash on delivery, the costs are borne by the Buyer according to the rates set by the carrier company. We pack the cargo independently and reliably, but upon receipt of the product, we require that you perform an inspection and, in case of any damage, record it within a relevant certificate in the presence of the courier. Otherwise, no claims regarding product damage will be accepted after receipt.

Delivery around the world is carried out by the company “Meest” at the expense of the buyer and is formed according to the tariffs of the logistics company.
TEHNOTABLE provides the following warranty periods for height-adjustable desks:
– 60-month warranty for the metal frame;
– 24 months warranty for motor;
– 12 months for the tabletop.
In case of detection of a malfunction of the desk or any individual element thereof (remote control, additional options, etc.), warranty repair or full replacement is carried out at the expense of TEHNOTABLE, except for cases when the malfunction occurred due to the user’s negligence. Delivery of the defective device is carried out at the expense of TEHNOTABLE both ways, the method of delivery will depend on the device and the place of residence
In the event that a malfunction of the desk or any individual element thereof is detected after the warranty period has expired, we suggest that you contact our service department. We will repair or replace the parts to be replaced/repaired at cost.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
If the product is different from that ordered or is of poor quality, you may return it within 14 days from the moment of receipt. To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that the product has no signs of use, namely scratches or other defects. Delivery of the product is carried out at the expense of TEHNOTABLE both ways.
Unfortunately, we have to refuse to return or exchange products in the following cases:
– products that were damaged after receipt (except for factory defects)
– products that have signs of use
–customised orders made at the request of the customer
– where claims are made after 14 days expire from the date of sale
